Bob Cooper
Bob Cooper was a faithful man,
His crown of life, now given,
God ushered him, to heaven’s gates,
This usher, is now in heaven.
Bob lived a life, filled with joy,
His pleasures, there were many,
His family, horseshoes, dart ball too,
He lived life to the plenty.
His biggest joy that I observed,
Was ushering, in God’s house,
He would reverently, walk up that aisle,
Offerings carried, with such grace.
Trials in life, he suffered much,
Losing his wife LuVerna and son Neal,
He overcame these trials and made
His new wife, Audrey, to be very special.
His daughter Linda, has a giving heart,
Just like her father did,
Daughter In-Law, Karen, much the same,
Was at his hospital bed.
I pray his memory will live on,
I know I will not forget,
The dart ball games, when we would say,
“What do you say Lions”?
Bob would be the loudest ROAR yet!
